Becky Malloy

Becky started her hospitality career as the office manager and occasional host and server at a small Japanese restaurant, Arami, in Chicago before accepting the Chief Administrator position on the opening team of Grace, where she met Mitchell Lienhard. After four years at the Three Michelin-Starred restaurant, she leveraged her experience to join the opening team of SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn in Healdsburg in the triple role of Human Resources Director, Office Manager, and Reservations Manager. This is where she met Suited’s other Founders, Kristine, Martha, and David. Nearly four years later, she moved home to help Sean Brock open his new fine dining restaurants, The Continental, Audrey, and June in Nashville then shifted gears for a year and worked as Controller at a small engineering firm. She joined the Suited team in 2022 to offer her years of experience and insight to our internal systems and Client-Partners.

Becky lives in Nashville with Scott, her partner, their ancient cat, Zoe, and their rescue pup, Sabine. In her free time, she can be found making functional pottery or attending one of the city’s many concerts.
