Martha Cromar
If every picture tells a story, the photo that Martha Cromar holds most dear is one of herself as a tot, standing on a stool in her mother’s Mill Valley kitchen, keenly stirring a pot of sauce. It depicts the beginnings of her lifelong culinary passion, which grew into cooking regularly on her own at age 12 from Martha Stewart recipes, because she figured it was only right for one Martha to take after another. Mitchell Lienhard
There is baptism by fire, and in Mitchell Lienhard’s case, initiation by water. When he was a baby, his mother turned her back for a second after leaving a pot of boiling water on the counter, only to have her inquisitive son lunge for it and scald himself. Zach Jörin
Born in Vietnam and raised in Sonoma County, Zach combines a global perspective with a love for all things hospitality. Zach has always been drawn to the world of luxury and fine experiences, and that led him to pursue a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Hospitality Management from The University of San Francisco. Jacob Harth
As an idealist, Chef Jacob Harth has always sought a better way. Raised in a restaurant family on a Southern Oregon farm steeped in cooking and hunting traditions, his mother was an incredible cook and his father's skills as a hunter, forager, and fisherman meant the family table was consistently laden with an abundance of venison, elk, wild boar, and salmon. His love for seafood blossomed early on, with cherished memories of his father barbecuing oysters during his childhood. Read more
